Philippine Center for Creative Imaging: Final Project I had so much fun making it! Before the day ended, we altogether watched what each one of us made, which summed up all the fun! And so, just to share, here’s what I came up with: The first 2-days were mostly lectures and hands on activities, and on the last day, we were asked to make a 1 minute and twenty second video and use all the editing we learned. Sir Dennis makes sure that everyone understood the topic, during our hands on, he checks what we are doing one by one. Our class is also very participatory–which I believe is very important for the learning process to be more efficient. If he knows that the class has a hard time catching up, he slows down and goes through with us again, step by step. He is very open to questions and even inserts humor while the class is on-going! He is also very flexible with the class. What I like most about the class is that our instructor is very knowledgeable of the topic he teaches.
I actually find it easier and more fun to use now. Through this approach, I was able to FULLY APPRECIATE and UNDERSTAND the basics of Adobe Premiere. The class consists of lecture demo with hands-on training afterwards. Philippine Center for Creative Imaging: Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 Basics Class Santiago “Dennis” Lucero, an Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) and Adobe Certified Instructor (ACI) in Adobe Premiere Pro CS5. The Adobe Premiere PRO CS5.5 Basics Class was conducted by Mr. Philippine Center for Creative Imaging (PCCI): Adobe Premiere PRO CS5.5 Basics Class BUT, here’s the thing, I had a hard time using it since the editing tools aren’t the same as the ones I’ve used, I got really frustrated that I almost gave up. Video editing is one of the hobbies I enjoy doing, from Windows Movie Maker to Cyberlink to Ulead, I have used them all and when I learned about Adobe Premiere PRO, I tried it out as well. I chose to attend their Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 Basics Class since I’ve been dying to know about how to use it.
